Q-Mark Pet Products Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at the Binondo Office. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, reporting, and compliance of the company. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, be a CPA passer, possess at least 10 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with a preference for candidates with a background in the bank industry.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance metrics.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

•  Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) passer.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Accounting Manager role.
• Previous experience in the bank industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
