Requirements

Title: Finance and Operations Associate
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience Level: Seeking individuals with 2-3 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably with exposure to general accounting, accounts payable and receivable.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial accounting, cost management, and risk management. Must possess strong general accounting skills alongside excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily financial operations, manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial statements, and assist with budgeting and cost control measures.
Working Conditions: This role requires working in an office environment, often meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be highly financial literate, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. They must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
