  • Maintain financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Reconcile accounts and track discrepancies
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with team members on financial reporting

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent numeracy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; may require overtime during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, effective communication, problem-solving capabilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
