Accounting Controller/ Finance Controller

Will be the primary authority on financial matters, overseeing the Finance Division and ensuring that all financial operations align with the company’s strategic business objectives.

• Work Schedule: Compressed work sched (Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:30pm)

• Graduate of 4-year related course

• minimum of 18yrs to 20yrs exp (10yrs of that as controller)

• Accounting controller with extensive exp in Real Estate

• With strong leadership

• Experience in Financial Management in Real Estate

• Experience in Real Estate’s Tax and Revenue

• Someone with developmental mindset

*CPA

*More than 25 years working experience from real estate development company, at least 10 years at the same level capacity

*Experience in crafting financial strategies and models

*Experience in ERP sourcing and implementation

*Experience in Joint Ventures and business startup

*Experience in regulatory audits i.e. BIR, SEC, LGU Proven track record of successful entrepreneurial leading

* With work experience from RE Industry specializing housing projects.

*With strong leadership skills (Will lead Millennials and Gen Z)

*Can train, mentor and supervise millennials and gen z managers
