Description
- Conducting Audits: Perform audits of financial statements, internal controls, and specific transactions or processes. This includes reviewing accounting records, analyzing financial data, and evaluating the effectiveness of controls.
- Evaluating Financial Data: Analyze financial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential errors. Assess the reasonableness of financial information and identify areas for further investigation.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess financial risks, including fraud, errors, and non-compliance with laws and regulations. Develop recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure that financial practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes reviewing accounting procedures, tax compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and concise audit reports that document findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Communicate audit findings to management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and risk management. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting auditing,
