1. Provide accounting support processing Accounts Payable and Check Disbursement Vouchers, and managing incoming calls.
2. Assist in preparing accurate and timely accounting reports for management.
3. Preparing billing receivable, and invoices, Compiling and sort documents.
4. Maintains Accuracy of Customer’s account information; emails, contact person.
5. Reconcilitaion of accounts
6. Monitor and Maintain payments Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
8. Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department as a member of the team.
