Description

  • Record financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Help prepare and file tax-related documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial discrepancies as directed.
  • Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support the accounting team.

Requirement

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With at least two years related work experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SAP)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advance knowledge in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Preferably living in or near Alabang, Muntinlupa or nearby areas
  • Can START ASAP
  • Willing to work on site
