As a Financial Accounting Head, your Job Role is to:

• Assist in the design and development of computerized systems relating to and affecting general accounting and tax planning & management functions, including implementation, evaluation, and monitoring thereof.
• Facilitates the archiving of files including coordination to the concerned members from filling of documents up to maintaining the bin location of boxes in the storage warehouse.
• Assist in formulating and administering sound accounting policies and procedures and recommends revision if necessary
• Plans and organizes works to be performed by the Financial Accounting Unit members.
• Updates regularly Individual Operations Manual (IOM)
• Ensures compliance to 5s.

As a Head of the Financial, you are expected to:

• Supervise and oversee the Financial Accounting operations
• Preparation of Financial and Management reports
• Supervision and evaluation of General Accounting member's performance

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantageous but not required
• With above-average scholastic record
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in General Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
