2. Double-checking of receiving report for accounts payable.
3. Filing of accounting documents in respective folders.
4. Preparation of payment projection.
5. Preparation of company payroll
6. Timecard checking daily.
7. Bank deposits and bank transaction if needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS for Accounting Staff
·College graduate with a formal degree on Accounting or Business Administration (or similar)
·With at least 3 years work experience related to Accounting Staff work
·With good mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication.
