Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Review and approve journal entries and accounting transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff performance
• Enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate and assist in internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• With experience in general accounting or supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Skilled in preparing financial statements and account reconciliation
• Experience in internal controls, budgeting, and audit support
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
