Accounting admin assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• With experience in payroll preparation and processing
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and take on additional administrative tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare and process employee payroll
• Maintain and organize financial and administrative records
• Assist in recording and monitoring transactions
• Prepare reports and other accounting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
