Job Title: Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling daily accounting transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with BIR and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions, invoices, vouchers, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Handle BIR tax filings, eBIRForms/eFPS, and other government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform other duties as assigned.
• Construction Materials Inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable in BIR processes, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and accounting transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work in 79 SCOUNT REYES QC..
• Can start ASAP.
