Accounting - CPA - Fresh Grad - Sal: 30k - Julia Vargas, Ortigas, Pasig City

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification obtained or active progress toward licensure

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred

Internship or academic project experience in accounting is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger balances

Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports

Review invoices, expense reports, and payment records for accuracy

Organize audit schedules and provide documentation for internal or external auditors

Help maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, and internal controls

Analyze financial data and investigate account discrepancies

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tasks

Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
