Job Qualifications / Description

The EA will work closely with the COO to support financial discipline, strengthen reporting, and improve business processes across the organization.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. The position also involves supporting process improvements and systems alignment across departments.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• MBA Graduate, preferred but not required

Experience

• At least 6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial statements
• Basic taxation and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting/reporting tools

Salary Range

• 50K-60K

Work Location

• Pasig, 1800 Metro Manila

Work Schedule

• 5 days: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM but willing to work longer hours
