* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Financial Oversight*: Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with our outsourced accounting firm
2. *Planning & Budgeting*: Lead annual budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
3. *Analysis & Pricing*: Review quotation rates (brokerage/forwarding) and present reports to the CEO
4. *Process Optimization*: Improve internal workflows, controls, and financial policies
QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- *Licensure*: CPA is preferred but not required
- *Experience*: 3 to 5 years in finance/accounting with supervisory/managerial exposure
- *Technical Skills*: Proficient in MS Excel. QuickBooks (QB) and QNE experience is preferred
