Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations
• Review and validate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards (PFRS) and company policies
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Improve accounting systems, controls, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 4–6 years accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and financial reporting
• Experience in team handling and leadership
• Advanced knowledge in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar systems)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
