We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accounting Virtual Assistant with strong QuickBooks expertise to support our clients in managing financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.

Basic Qualification

• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong problem-solving mindset

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
• Handle invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and expense monitoring
• Perform data entry and account reconciliation
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Assist clients with administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all entries and financial updates
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding financial concerns
• Handle all financial data with integrity and confidentiality

Who You Are

• Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are welcome
• Education: Bachelor or Vocational course
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience in QuickBooks is required
• BPO or Virtual Assistant experience (6 months to 1 year) is an advantage
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work onsite on night shift
