Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Review and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with government regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead, train, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure productivity and professional development.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting and supervisory duties as assigned by management.
