Description
- Supervise the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports to provide insights into payables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of relevant tax laws and compliance regulations
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
