POSITION: TAX AND BOOKKEEPING ASSOCIATE
SALARY: PHP23,000 - PHP28,000 (NEGOTIABLE)
WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (9AM-PM)
WORK LOCATION: MAKATI CITY, MANILA
WE'RE HIRING: Tax & Bookkeeping Associate
Join our growing team and help businesses stay financially organized and compliant!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clients' books of accounts
Prepare financial reports and bank reconciliations
Process BIR tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances
Coordinate with clients regarding accounting and tax requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
At least 1 year of bookkeeping or tax experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
Knowledge of BIR regulations and tax filings (VAT, EWT, Percentage Tax, Income Tax, etc.)
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and analytical skills
