Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with different departments

Job Description:

• Plan, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategies and objectives
• Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budgets, cash receipts, and financial assets
• Monitor cash flow, manage company transactions and liabilities, and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Conduct and oversee financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, regulations, and company policies
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile financial accounting data
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions
