1. Prepares and submits the monthly petty cash report, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents and liquidation.

2. Records, encodes, and maintains proper documentation of check collections and other receivables.

3. Processes company bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and regular updating of the bank passbook.

4. Maintains, organizes, and updates accounting books, ledgers, and related financial records in accordance with company policies.

5. Performs clerical and administrative tasks such as sorting, filing, scanning, and encoding of accounting and company documents.

6. Provides general administrative support and performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

7. Performs other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
