WE’RE HIRING: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead the full accounting cycle and ensure the financial integrity of the organization. This role is critical in managing payroll, compliance, and daily financial operations while supervising the Accounting Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Manage end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes)- Oversee daily accounting operations (sales, inventory, expenses)
• Monitor cash flow, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and review work of the Accounting Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• At least 5 years of solid accounting experience (retail/distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance
• Experience with POS systems, inventory, and sales reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Can start ASAP
