Job Summary:
We are hiring a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and audit functions. This role ensures full compliance with Philippine tax regulations while supporting strategic tax initiatives for a manufacturing and distribution company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and file CIT, VAT, and Withholding Taxes accurately and on time
- Handle BIR audits, assessments, and compliance requirements
- Develop and implement tax strategies (CREATE Act, customs duties, local taxes)
- Oversee tax provisions and financial reporting in line with PFRS
- Monitor updates in tax laws and ensure company compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors/regulators
Qualifications:
- CPA (required)
- 5–10 years experience in tax compliance, planning, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR processes, and PFRS
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
