Job Summary:

We are hiring a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and audit functions. This role ensures full compliance with Philippine tax regulations while supporting strategic tax initiatives for a manufacturing and distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and file CIT, VAT, and Withholding Taxes accurately and on time
• Handle BIR audits, assessments, and compliance requirements
• Develop and implement tax strategies (CREATE Act, customs duties, local taxes)
• Oversee tax provisions and financial reporting in line with PFRS
• Monitor updates in tax laws and ensure company compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors/regulators

Qualifications:

• CPA (required)
• 5–10 years experience in tax compliance, planning, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR processes, and PFRS
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
