Role Description

The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Silang. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, completing audits, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, budgeting, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting techniques such as financial reporting, budgeting, reconciling accounts, and auditing
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools as well as strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and financial policies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is an advantage but not mandatory
