Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant – SAP Business One (SAP B1) & Costing Specialist to oversee accounting operations while supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP Business One.

What we're looking?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 3 years of SAP Business One experience.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP B1 implementation or migration project.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Crystal Reports and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP Business One implementation, migration, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and cross-functional teams during project execution.
• Manage accounting configurations, master data, and financial records in SAP B1.
• Monitor inventory valuation, cost allocation, and product costing.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and production transactions for costing accuracy.
• Ensure accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Assist in resolving SAP-related issues and improving business processes.
