Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile daily sales data from different sources, including the Sales System, POS, cash deposits, and online transactions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports based on management requirements.
- Record sales-related journal entries and reconcile petty cash expenses from store operations.
- Perform e-sales reconciliation and maintain proper filing and documentation of related records.
- Assist with other sales-related accounting tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology. CPA license is an advantage.
- With experience in sales accounting, sales data handling, reconciliation, and report preparation.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data management, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Organized, analytical, and able to handle high-volume sales transactions and data.
