QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or any 4-year business course.
• Experience: 1–2 years in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting. (Automotive dealership or retail/inventory experience is a huge plus!)
• Fresh Graduates: Open to highly motivated fresh grads with strong accounting foundations.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting ERP/DMS systems is an advantage.
• Traits: Highly meticulous, honest, and detail-oriented.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle vehicle sales billing, invoices, and bank financing documents.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in vehicle and spare parts inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly localized tax summaries and monitoring reports.
