Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and sending of Sales Invoices/Billing Statement to clients 
• Sending of Statement of Account and making necessary follow ups on outstanding balance of clients
• Processing of payment to vendors and preparation of 2307
• Reconciliation of delivery fee with the logistic partners
• Reconciliation of payment with payment gateway provider
• Assist in the month-end closing reconciliation of books
• Preparation of,monthly and quarterly BIR tax reliefs (Income tax relief, input vat relief, 2316 , withholding tax relief)
• Processing of payment to SSS, Philhealth and pag-Ibig
• Making sure all purchases are supported by SI/OR
• Reconciliation with Vendor/Client for any disputes raised
• Other tasks that may be delegated by the Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Highly analytical and with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Office suite (ie, spreadsheet, word processing,google sheet), strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable on PH taxation
• With Good Communication Skills
• External Audit experience is an advantage
