• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide management with accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

1.        Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a must.

3.        Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.

4.        Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

5.        Experience with creating financial statements.

6.        Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

7.        Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

8.        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9.        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
