QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in operations management or related role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge or experience in timekeeping is preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and monitor account team performance
• Assist with daily operations and client accounts
• Handle employee and client concerns
• Maintain employee records and operational documents
• Process site requirements and requisitions
• Assist with HR-related concerns and compliance
• Willing to attend client meetings in Quezon City, Cavite, and Bulacan
