Description
- Leverage in-depth experience to provide leadership in account management for Sincere Staff Management Services, a leader in HR & Recruitment.
- Oversee account teams, managing recruitment processes and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for strategic planning and revenue growth.
- Mentor junior staff and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience in account management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, exceptional customer service, adept at scheduling, problem-solving abilities, strong work ethic, fundamental account management knowledge, technical competency with accounting software, excellent organizational skills, strong people skills, and solid interpersonal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer accounts, maintain client relationships, oversee scheduling of services or deliveries, resolve issues and client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may require overtime during peak financial periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, resilient under pressure, and a team player with a customer-focused attitude.
