Account Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven, organized, and proactive MCN BD / Creator Operations Lead to help grow and manage a creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, and livestreaming.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, and livestreaming
• Work with TikTok creators, livestreamers, affiliates, MCNs, talent agencies, brands, or sellers
• Manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines
• Create dashboards, performance reports, campaign summaries, or presentations
• Conduct creator-brand matchmaking, campaign sourcing, creator recruitment, or partnership development
• Monitor live commerce KPIs such as GMV, orders, conversion, traffic, sessions, voucher utilization, and ads spending

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Creator Operations, Influencer Marketing, MCN Operations, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, Livestreaming, or related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Live Commerce, Influencer Marketing, and the Creator Economy
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, and handling large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines
• Hands-on experience working with TikTok creators, livestreamers, affiliates, MCNs, talent agencies, brands, or sellers
• Strong ownership, initiative, and bias for action
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
