Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Client Relationship Officer to manage key client accounts and support business growth within the recruitment and staffing industry. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, delivering tailored talent solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery of recruitment and staffing services
• Act as the main point of contact for client hiring requirements, coordinating closely with the recruitment team
• Understand job requirements and provide tailored candidate solutions aligned with client needs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client partnerships and revenue
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market insights
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and talent market conditions
• Meet assigned targets including client acquisition, job orders, and revenue contribution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, account management, business development, or client servicing
• Experience in the recruitment, staffing, or BPO industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver results

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
• Background in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
• Existing network of clients or industry connections
