Job Description
The Accounts Manager (Business Development) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, client engagement and follow-ups, presenting Spotlight Creatives’ services, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating project budgets and scope, and coordinating with the production team until project award and turnover. The position will also help develop long-term client partnerships and drive repeat business.
