- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Quota Driven attitude
- Prepare and present reports on account performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or client relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
