- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the banquet sector.
- Coordinate and oversee banquet operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage budgets and forecast revenues for banquet services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or hospitality
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
