Job Description:

• Responsible for marketing and promoting the company's loan products.
• Sources and acquires new clients.
• Evaluates loan applications and manages client accounts.
• Collects loan payments and monitors delinquent accounts.
• Maintains the loan portfolio and builds good client relationships.
• Performs fieldwork and client visits as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree.
• With at least six (6) months of experience as an Account Officer handling personal loans or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• With a pleasing personality and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle, possess a valid driver's license, and preferably own a motorcycle.
• Knowledgeable in sales and marketing, credit and lending, loans, and portfolio management.
