Pricing and  Account Management Manager in Malate Manila upto 100k

Primary Function

Leads pricing and account management activities to maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness while strengthening customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Pricing and Account Management functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, global partners, and agents.
• Improve account management processes and service efficiency across departments.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, training, and development.
• Analyze account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Develop account strategies to drive customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Design and implement pricing models for freight, transportation, and supply chain services.
• Conduct cost and market analysis to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align pricing with customer needs and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company pricing policies.
• Identify pricing risks and implement mitigation measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or logistics operations.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs clearance, Incoterms, and transportation modes (air, sea, land, rail).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer service orientation.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
