Description
- Assist in the coordination and management of account activities.
- Support account executives in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Manage client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track project progress and report findings to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in account coordination or a related role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Qualities and Traits: High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
