·       Coordinatewith clients and oversee services from planning, content creation, and management of social media account

·       Coordinatewith the creative team for materials needed by the client.

·       Preparereports and assess the performance of campaigns.

·       Work closely with Business Unit Head and Digital Marketing Strategist in executing plans and generating results.

·       Deliver weekly reports and generates agreed-upon output.

·       Incollaboration with teammates, create, execute, and update social media content plans and other applicable requirements designed to meet marketing and campaign objectives. This will involve developing both planned and ad-hoc content, publishing, facilitating promotional activities on social media, and response management.

·       Maintaina constant awareness of general social trends and conversations related to their overall scope of work, to better deal with opportunities and issues as they’re encountered.

·       Beavailable for contact during regular work hours via online and mobile.

·       Participation in brainstorming sessions related to creative services and social content. More thorough performance monitoring and reporting in a time of crises or issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
