- Conduct regular field visits to client sites and monitor deployed employees.
- Handle employee relations (ER) cases professionally and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Coordinate with client representatives regarding manpower requirements and employee performance.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies, client rules, and labor regulations.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and submit required reports.
- Ensure all Daily Time Records (DTR) are accurate and submitted on time.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Process and collect HR documents such as contracts, clearances, incident reports, and other employment requirements.
- Assist in investigations involving employee concerns and prepare necessary documentation.
- Submit timely field visit reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Can work Monday–Saturday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
