About the Role:

As an Relationship Manager at OneLot, you will be responsible for executing disciplined, day-to-day account management with assigned dealer partners. You will ensure that OneLot’s financing processes are consistently followed on the ground—through regular field visits, clear communication, and structured coordination with internal teams—while building trusted dealer relationships that support sustainable loan utilization and portfolio quality. This role is execution-focused and process-driven, requiring strong field presence, workflow discipline, and the ability to guide dealers through financing transactions without compromising policy or quality.

What you will do:

• Own day-to-day execution and account support for assigned dealership partners under OneLot’s B2B2C consumer financing program, ensuring smooth integration into dealer sales workflows.
• Support dealers in structuring and closing financing transactions strictly within applicant-specific Credit Advice, reinforcing pricing discipline, approved unit selection, and portfolio standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end loan application execution, including customer communication, document collection, data completeness, and submission quality to reduce approval delays and rework.
• Ensure operational and compliance gates are followed prior to release, including upfront payment controls, insurance/GPS readiness, and release authorization in coordination with Credit and Operations.
• Drive dealer enablement and long-term adoption by reinforcing OneLot’s financing logic, providing structured feedback on deal outcomes, and promoting best practices for speed and sustainable growth.
• Maintain strict process discipline and risk awareness by escalating deviations, inconsistencies, or potential fraud indicators, ensuring every transaction protects portfolio quality and customer trust.

What we will need:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in account support, operations, sales support, loan processing, or other client-facing execution roles.
• Highly process-oriented and structured, with the ability to follow defined workflows and controls consistently.
• Strong attention to detail; able to spot missing information, inconsistencies, or deviations from approved instructions.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts (dealers, customers, Credit, Operations) without losing accuracy.
• Willing and able to perform regular field work at dealer locations as required.
• Clear and professional communication skills for in-person, phone, and messaging coordination.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment with strict compliance requirements.
• High level of integrity and respect for policies, controls, and escalation protocols.
• Must have own motorcycle or car for field visits.
• Fluency in Filipino; working proficiency in English for documentation and cross-functional coordination.
