Job Description
- Continuously build a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.
- Manage sales team to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.
- Play a leading role in strengthening key customer relationships, and in customer issue resolutions.
- Work with management to implement sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers needs & requirements.
- Stay abreast of developments at major customers and decisively step in when customer satisfaction is at risk.
- Supervise and manage contract reviews and negotiations with customers.
- Prepare Monthly Reports to keep management team well informed, with attention to details on sales, price, margins and cost of service.
