Account Manager – IT Products

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and generate new business and sales opportunities.
• Present and recommend suitable IT products based on clients’ needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with leads and clients to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and client requirements.
• Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales activities, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or IT Products is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven.
• Willing to learn and work with IT products and solutions.
• Applicants must be residing in Metro Manila.
