This is a role for an Account Manager at Xceler8 Technologies, Inc. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients. 

• Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills 
• Knowledge of ERP solutions (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft, Sage 300) 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions 
• Experience in project management and team collaboration 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 
• Relevant certifications in Account Management or ERP systems is a plus
