Program Director

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Program Director to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for families and students—helping prospective students understand our programs, converting inquiries into enrollments, supporting membership renewals, following up on payments, and keeping students engaged in their training journey.

If you are confident communicating with customers, comfortable with sales and follow-up, and enjoy building long-term relationships with families, we’d like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, text, and social media
• Follow up with leads and enroll new students
• Schedule trial classes
• Manage membership renewals and cancellations
• Follow up on overdue payments
• Track student attendance and progress
• Communicate with parents, students, and instructors
• Help promote events and programs
• Provide regular updates to management

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
• Experience in sales, enrollment, customer success, membership management, or account management is preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers to commit
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized
• Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, membership, and billing systems
• Enjoys working with children, teens, and families
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet home workspace
• Willingness to work during peak inquiry periods, including after-school/evening hours and Saturdays
• Martial arts experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided to the right candidate
