MK Themed Attractions Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D designs using Blender based on customer requirements. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the final product meets our standards and clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D Designs: Develop 3D models based on approved concepts from Trello, ensuring that the designs meet client specifications.
• Product Development: Design new 3D products and enhance existing ones using Blender applications.
• Costing and R&D: Gather product item areas for costing and research & development purposes.
• Guidance and Recommendations: Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing 3D designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional discussions.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare informative resources to accompany technical drawings.
• Compliance: Report unethical practices and safety concerns, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly update on the status of assigned tasks and daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Blender and other relevant 3D design software.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and R&D processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
