Responsibilities

• Develop 3D characters, environments, assets, and animations, including rigging, lighting, and texturing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate assets into the pipeline.
• Ensure models/assets are optimized for performance and meet creative and technical standards.
• Adapt to various artistic styles, including western, realistic, and classical aesthetics.
• Utilize both hand-painted and next-gen PBR workflows while interpreting 2D and 3D game development requirements.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in 3D game design (modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering).
• Proficiency in 3D software (3Ds Max or Maya), rendering tools (V-Ray or Arnold), ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and game engines (Unity or Cocos Creator).
• Experience in hand-painted and PBR game art production, with a preference for candidates with a track record on large-scale commercial projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in animation or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant gaming industry work is required.
